CREWING OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Job responsibilities

Supervising crewing operation activities including preparing the placement of manpower crew on ships and carrying out supervision and evaluation of crew performance to support the company's operational activities.

Job requirement

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) in Port Shipping Management or any related majors.
Minimum 3 years of experience in the same or related position in Marine Industry or other similar industries.
Familiarity with maritime rules, regulations and guidelines codes.
Understand ship operations (Tugboat & Floating Crane) and crew competency requirements
Crew Management
Great communication skills are preferred.
Willing to be placed in Banjarmasin, South Kalimantan.
