ROAD MAINTENANCE FOREMAN

Job responsibilities

Supervise and lead operators and crews in the maintenance of hauling roads and bridges within the site area to ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations according to established procedures.
Oversee hauling road and bridge maintenance activities to ensure proper execution.
Ensure the effective and efficient use of heavy equipment for road and bridge maintenance.
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential issues or damage to hauling roads and bridges.
Ensure the periodic maintenance of hauling roads and bridges is performed according to schedule.
Prepare regular reports on the maintenance of hauling roads and bridges.

Job requirement

Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the road/infrastructure field
Preferably have POP certification
Have knowledge about K3LH.
Willing to be place in Lahat, Sumatera Selatan
