HSE OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Ensure HSE policies and procedures are well-documented, updated, and reported as needed.
Promote HSE updates and safety practices to employees and contractors.
Conduct regular HSE inspections, provide training, and organize safety activities.
Collect data on safety concerns and recommend improvements.
Monitor contractors to ensure safe work practices in all construction activities

Job requirement

Bachelor Degree in Public Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field
Basic knowledge of construction for building and bridge projects
Strong communication skills and ability to drive follow-up on tasks
Strong Incident investigation skills
Adaptable and resilient
Required Certifications: Ahli K3 Umum, Ahli Muda K3 Konstruksi, P3K, POP, Implementasi SMKP, HIMU or AK3 Environmental Work Safety
Willing to be placed in Tanjung Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
