IHOH OFFICER

Job responsibilities

Knowledgeable in Occupational Health Services processes.
Proficient in emergency management.
Skilled in Emergency Response, including Confined Space Rescue, Work at Height Rescue, Water Rescue, etc.
Capable of developing work programs, schedules, reports, and documentation (priority requirement).
Familiar with the four pillars of Health: Promotion, Prevention, Curative, and Rehabilitative.
Understanding of Health and Industrial Hygiene program cycles (AREP).
Knowledgeable in workplace environment measurement and monitoring.
Able to conduct training related to Occupational Health, Workplace Environment, and Emergency Response Team (ERT).

Job requirement

Minimum of a Diploma from a reputable institution with a major in Nursing.
Required certifications in Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) in Workplace Environment, Fire Safety, Rescue, BTCLS, and Occupational Health (Hiperkes).
Experience as a Paramedic in a hospital setting.
Previous experience as a staff member in IHOH and ERT roles within a Power Plant, Smelter, Construction, or EPC Contractor environment.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to escalate field issues effectively.
Willingness to be placed at the Bulungan Jobsite, North Kalimantan, on a rotational schedule.
